Western Green Spine (WGS) is a world class state-of-the-art parkland space located on the western end of the Education City that links with the West Car Park, Qatar Academy, the Learning Centre and the tunnel leading to the Northern Campus.

The unique play facilities, located to the center of the park, have been designed with a special focus on children of all ages and its features encourage development and education through creative and sensory play.

Towards the Southern end of the Park focused sports facilities provide for a range of age groups and sports interest including tennis, basketball, 5-a-side football and a custom designed Skate Park.
