Leadership & Commitment: ASTAD management is committed to take the overall responsibility and accountability setting organization strategic direction through a solid set of policies and objectives to excel in health and safety sector, ASTAD have integrated all OH&S requirement into all business processes to ensure intended outcomes and continual improvement objectives are met.

Worker participation & consultation; ASTAD have established well set of processes to ensure full engagement of their workers at all levels into the development and implementation of the Occupational Health and safety system.

Planning; at the pre-planning and planning phases ASTAD is well considering the occupational health and safety aspects as an integral part of the success through defining all associated risks and opportunities and enforcing all practicable controls to eliminate or reduce these risks. By doing so ASTAD is not only seeking compliance to requirement but going beyond that.

Contractor management; ASTAD have a well-established system to managing its contractors in order to identify, assess and control all OH&S risks arising from their activities and operations that might impact the OH&S system.
